What to write to us about

• Corrections. If a spec, standard or claim in a guide looks wrong, tell us which guide and what you found. We check every correction request.
• Topic requests. Trying to choose between two kinds of product and can't find a clear answer? Send us the question.
• Questions about a guide. We can't give personalized shopping advice for every situation, but we read everything and use common questions to improve our guides.

What we don't accept

We don't accept payment for coverage, sponsored placements or guest posts. Brands and PR agencies are welcome to send product documentation, but sending it doesn't guarantee coverage.

Orders and returns

We don't sell products, so we can't help with orders, shipping or returns. Please contact the retailer you bought from.
